Surface and side slopes were inspected for slumps, tension cracks, and other <br />indications of potential failure. <br />Threat to Human Life or Property: <br />None observed. Location and placement minimize potential impacts to life or property. <br />Potential Harm to Land, Air, and Water Resources: <br />None observed. Location of the waste bank minimizes potential impacts to land and water resources. <br />Maintenance Required: <br />Erosion on slope above the north east corner of sediment control pond was repaired. Sediment <br />accumulation was cleared from the discharge of culvert east of the sediment pond.
