The fresh water pond, wash water and <br />settling ponds remain in Stage A (blue) where they were <br />relocated in 1990. Stage P is still being utilized as <br />approved; 6.62 ac. ± is equipment storage yard and material <br />stockpile area (yellow) and WMI's scale house is on the west <br />side near the pit entrance. Topsoil has been temporally <br />stockpiled (brown) in two places on until it is needed for re- <br />soiling in Stage A. To date WMI has disturbed 44.07 acres ± <br />which is approximately 48.94$ of the 89.96 acres they are <br />allowed under the current bond. <br />(2) No reclamation was required this year. The topsoil piles that <br />are not being added to this year were seeded this year. <br />(3) Mining will continue in Stage A on the lands previously <br />disturbed. If additional area is needed they will mine into <br />the gravel face or lower into the reserve. Stages A, B and P <br />will be used for stockpiling materials as needed. <br />(4) No reclamation is required during the next year. WMI may <br />establish more slope along the north perimeter as mining <br />progresses in Stage A. These slopes will be temporary since <br />there is still approximately 8 feet of material left until the <br />floor reached the final reclamation elevation. <br />(5) The current contact for this pit is: <br />Mr. John R.
