These sites'are S0704, SI504, <br />SPO/059 SP070.i, SPI900, SP2300 and SP2400. However; Table 3 in Volume 4- 1 of the <br />permit application shows the approved monira•ing plml. Irl Table 3, otlly SP 1?04 has <br />heen dropped from the monitoring requirements. Sites 50704, SPO,'Oi, SPI900. SPZ300 <br />ae7d SP2400 are listed as being temporarily dropped and site SP010~ is listed as ml <br />active site. Please conmeeru and revise Table 1, if you agree. <br />Table 1 has been updated to remove "Temporarily dropped from surveillance" sites. <br />SP010~ has not been monitored since 1997, Table 3 is a part of TR-34 and properly <br />suspends monitoring of this site due to its remote location. <br />?. Table 1 of the 1999 AHR shows that surface mater location S6G'0~ is required to have <br />quarterly laboratory m:crlvses performed. Hox•ever, the data sholre7 on monitot•itrg point <br />. treble page 40 of the hydrolog v report show that onln semi-anmeal laboratory arlalvses <br />were perforated. Please comment. <br />
