Rox 535 <br />Somerset, CO 81434 <br />Permit No. C-81-022 <br /> <br />November 15, 1996 <br />(b) Acres Disturbed: <br />A portion of the Elk Creek Coal Stockpile was completed <br />in accordance with Technical Revision Number 9 during the <br />Christmas shutdown, December 1995, and was put in service <br />in January 1996. Currently the stockpile is being loaded <br />and reclaimed by truck and front-end loader methods. At <br />this time, the Elk Creek culvert has not been extended, <br />and approximately half of the planned stockpile area is <br />in service. The Elk Creek culvert will be installed as <br />soon as funding is approved, and the work can be <br />scheduled, possibly this winter during low flow in Elk <br />Creek.
