Drainage from the area is controlled so as to not degrade <br />surface or ground water. <br />8. The waste dump is being constructed using recognized professional <br />standards. <br />9. All vegetative and organic material has been removed from the <br />disposal area and the topsoil is in the process of being removed <br />from the future expansion area. <br />10.
