<br />4. Topsoil is being removed from.Area D for further waste dump <br />i <br />expansion. <br />5. A steep slope in Area E will be made within regulatory require- <br />ments when the adjoining pit area is mined out and backfilled and <br />the slope angle reduced to 2.8h:1v (36°S) or less. <br />6. .he balance of the waste dump is active. <br />7. Drainage from the area is controlled so as to not degrade <br />surface or ground water. <br />8. The waste dump is being constructed using recognized professional <br />standards. <br />9. All vegetative and organic material has been removed from the <br />disposal area and the topsoil is in the process of being removed <br />from the future expansion area. <br />10. Slope protection has been provided to minimize surface erasion. <br />11. No underdrainage systems were required. <br />The waste dump complies with the intent of the regulations <br />Donald D.
