2003 Annual Report
Table Mt. Quarry
M-1999-004
Castle Concrete Company
DECEIVED
JUL 2 2 2003
division ~f Minerals and Geology
Overview of Permit Year: Mining continues at a steady rate. Over the past
year the mining amendment was passed. This amendment will allow Castle
access to the BLM quarter section.
Annual Report Map: There are two maps with this year's annual report. One
map shows the intended mining direction while the other shows the mining area
in more detail. Right now I'm in the process of developing a method to
accurately revise annual maps using ahand-held GPS unit.
Activity: Most of the mining activity has been concentrated on the north and
west sides of the quarry. When mining reaches as far west as possible the
direction will trend northeasterly. See map for details.
Reclamation: Avery small amount of land (~ '/a acre) was seeded west of the
green grizzly screen. Fox details on the seeding please refer to the seed mixture
document.
Expected Activity: Mining will continue to the north and west. Also, Castle
plans on extracting quartzite from the BLM lands.
