SNELTO N, Director <br />CONSENT FOR RIGHT OF ENTRY TO CONDUCT FEASIBILITY STUDIES <br />Snowmass Coal Company hereby represents to the State of Colorado, <br />Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mined Land Reclamation, that <br />the undersigned is the owner, one of the owners, or represents the owner <br />of the following real property located in the County of Pitkin and the <br />State of Colorado: SW NW Sec 35 T8S R89W, also known a5 the Thompson <br />Creek #2 mine. <br />As such, the undersigned hereby grants to the agents, employees, and <br />contractors of the Mined Land Reclamation Division, Department of Natural <br />Resources, State of Colorado, permission to conduct studies, which are in <br />the public interest, as to the feasibility of reclamation for such lands <br />in accordance with the Inactive Mine Reclamation Program which is <br />sponsored by the State of Colorado in cooperation with the United States <br />of America. In connection therewith, the Division is permitted to <br />evaluate acidophilic metal absorbtion and uptake by selected plant <br />species at the Thompson Creek Mine q2 drainage system and maintain the <br />vegetative system as necessary.
