At that time, Snowmass had full right to use <br />purpose related to coal mining. Snowmass no longer has <br />to use the land. <br />i Division a Right <br />Creek Mine if2 <br />document signed June <br />the land for any <br />such a broad right <br />Snowmass is currently in the ,process of reclaiming its minesites in accordance <br />with its obligation under Permit No. C-025-81 issued by Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation. Pursuant to a new Access and Surface Use Agreement between <br />Snowmass and the surface landowner, Snowmass now only has the right to use <br />the surface property for performing its reclamation and monitoring obligations. <br />In order to avoid any future problems, we believe the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division should obtain its ongoing right to use the surface directly from <br />the landowner whose name and address is as follows: <br />Robert M.
