« Permittee Name: Suburban Sand and Gravel, Co. PAGE 2
Permit No: M-79-195
Operation Name: Road Ruiners Rest II
Anniversary Date: Ol / 28 /2006
(2) No reclamation was required during this year however, most of
the reclamation we had completed was disturbed during the
slurry wall construction. A 3.97 acre ± area along the river
remains undisturbed where seeding was complete (green). The
area on the west and north that was disturbed by the con-
struction of the slurry wall has been reclaimed and seeded.
Grading to 3:1 is complete on the west and three-fourths of
the north shore (magenta dashes). The slopes along 120th
Ave. will be created sometime this year. The area covered by
water surface does not need reclamation (blue) other than
underwater sloping. Grading is taking place along Brighton
Road as mining progresses.
(3) Mining will continue within the lake area where additional
gravel remains and on the remaining 2.27 acres left on the
east side. Once the site is dewatered we will also remove
material that was left in the lake area.
(4) Additional bank sloping will be done along the 120th Ave.
disturbance area by the contractor. There is adequate soil
stockpiled on the site to resoil the disturbed areas to the
prescribed depth. Reclamation will continue on the lake
shores that have zeached their final configuration.
(5) Current contact:
Mr. Dean Craft
5400 Fenton St.
Arvada, CO 80002
(303) 427-0720
The effective date of all information in this report is
January 9, 2006.
