RULE 2.41(3): THE LOCATION AND NUMBER OF ACRES IN THE VARIOUS STAGES OF RECLAMATION (BACKFILLED, GRADED, TOPSOIL REPLACED, REVEGETATED). The various areas under different stages of reclamation are essentially identical to what was reported in last year's annual report. The only addition is about 5 acres of backfilling in Tract AA. Therefore, please refer to last year's annual report for a breakdown in the acreages under reclamation. RULE 2.41(4): THE SPECIES OF VEGETATION PLANTED, THE LOCATIONS AND APPROXIMATE DATES OF PLANTING. No planting occurred in the last year. RULE 2.41(5): THE TYPE AND APPROXIMATE QUANTITY OF FERTILIZERS, ORGANIC MATERIAL, OR SOIL CONDITIONERS USED AND LOCATION OF USE. Because no planting occurred no soil amendments were utilized. RULE 2.41(6): AN APPRAISAL OF THE SUCCESS OF RECLAMATION EFFORTS, AND IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE OF ANY EFFORTS, A SHORT NARRATIVE ON THE SUSPECTED OR DETERMINED CAUSE OF SUCH FAILURE. Please refer to last year's annual report for a discussion of the successes antl problems in reclamation of various areas of this operation. The areas under revegetation continue to show stable development. RULE 2.41(7): ESTIMATES OF THE LOCATION AND NUMBER OF ACRES 70 BE AFFECTED IN THE COMING YEAR. It is not expected the operation will change much in the next year. The current main mining area in Tract AB will expand slightly to the south, but the expansion is expected to be so slight it will hardly be noticeable. In Tract AA, some small areas of rock will be additionally removed to make room for more backfilling. In essence, it does not appear the differences between this year's annual report and next year's will be very great. MAP: Attached is the annual report map.
