The spoils slope stability monuments have shown some movement <br />since initial installation. The maximum observed movement vas at <br />SP-2 with 0.38 f[ in location and 0.74 ft in elevation since <br />installation. This movement has stabilized and is believed to have <br />been due to settlement after cutting [he slopes back to 2:1 and not <br />due to slope instability. <br />V. CONCLUSIONS <br />Underground Development has progressed beneath Foidel Creek <br />without any measurable surface subsidence taking place. The spoils <br />slopes above [he mine facilities are currently stable at a 2H:1V slope. <br />The underground mine is dewatering the adjacent Wadge Overburden <br />aquifer without any apparent dewatering of the Foidel Creek alluvium <br />above. <br />-4- <br />
