Provide the date in which the original survey was
completed on the subsidence survey data tables.
3. Either Map 17 should be referred to in the
subsidence report as showing the locations of the
structures, or a map should be provided with the
report. (See also topic V, 1).
4. A cross-section of the east-west and north-south
monument lines have been provided.
5. A summary comparison of monitoring results and the
predictions for some inventoried structures has
been provided. (See Topic IV).
II. Monitoring Frequency
Pursuant to the permit section entitled, "Subsidence Survey,
Subsidence Monitoring, and Subsidence Control Plan", EFCI is
required to monitor the City of Florence water line (8
monuments) and the Thompson ranch structures (3 monuments) on
a quarterly basis. The south subsidence grid and the Newlin
Creek streambed point (1) are to be monitored on a semi-annual
basis.
1. It appears that a semi-annual subsidence report for
the period November 1, 1993 to April 30, 1994 was
not submitted to the Division. Therefore, survey
data was not provided for the first half of 1994
for the south subsidence grid and the Newlin Creek
streambed point. In addition, data for the first
and second quarter of 1994 for the water line and
ranch structures was not provided. EFCI should
submit the missing report, as the reports are
required on a semi-annual basis.
2. It appears that the Newlin Creek streambed point is
monitored on a quarterly basis, which exceeds the
permit requirement of semi-annual monitoring.
Please verify.
3. See also section V regarding structure monitoring.
III. Predictions
Pursuant to page 2.05.6-56, EFCI has predicted the probable
