<br />The air track rock drill will be used to make <br />• another attempt at clearing the plug. If the bottom <br />of the well is solid and no more debris can be blown <br />from the well, then it is completed in the wrong <br />zone. If AMW-2 is completed in the wrong zone, it <br />will have to be replaced. The Division will be <br />consulted at that time to insure correct design <br />criteria of the well. <br />Another concern resulting from the OSM oversight <br />inspection was the lack of identification labeling <br />on the monitor wells and their locations on a map. <br />A reproduction of the map included in the Keenesburg <br />Mine permit's hydrology report is reproduced and <br />included in the Appendix of this report. The map <br />shows the identification and location of all the <br />yearly monitored wells. A scribe was used to <br />permanently identify each of the monitor wells. <br />These actions should address the Division's concerns. <br />• <br /> <br />Page 6 <br />
