Any significant <br />additions or delineations to the project could result in a change order to the original bid <br />amount. <br />Assumptions for Vegetation Study and Technical Revision <br />COVER SAMPLING <br />• Sample entire reclaimed area as one unit with proportional representation in each reclaimed <br />yeaz. <br />• Sample Osgood reference area as one unit. <br />• Use point intercept sampling by plant species. <br />• 25m transacts m reclaimed area, lOm or 25m transacts in reference area. Each transact a <br />sample unit. <br />• Minimum samples: 10 reclaimed area, 10 reference area. <br />• Maximum samples: 35 reference area, 50 reclaimed. <br />• Achieve sample adequacy or 50 samples maximum. <br />
