<br />' July 27, 1988 <br />To Ichom ?[ '.av Concern: <br />I presently rent a home owned by Darwin d Leora Roe located at :300 t;orth <br />Caft I1i11 ~,oad, Fort Collins. <br />' ]t has come to mY attention that Sterling Sand and Gravel Companies is inter- <br />' ested ir. purch:~sing the property directly across from where I rent! <br />This is ver}- disturbing to me for several reasons; <br />1. i moved lie re because I wanted to raise my 3 children in a country envi- <br />roranent t`ut's beautiful, quiet and serene! I can t imagine looking cut my windows, <br />' all of a:hom Cace the mountains, and Looking at a gravel pit! <br />2. i~~m also a reSistered nurse and work several night shifts a week, as a <br />result Setting, sleep during the daytime is essential. I can't imagine a very rest- <br />ful sleep with a crusher running across [he street. <br />3. '<i[h my present living situation and as a single parent, I feel my child- <br />ren arc safe, however, with heavy duty equipment running back and forth I would <br />be concerned Cor their safety. <br />I 1f this purchase were to go through I would have to re-locate as the safety <br />factor, Leauty and serenity would be gone! Please give your decision some serious <br />consideration.
