This application is being
submitted for the third time and as yet, we have not received official noti~:e
of Sterling's application.
This application has been strung out over a period of 7 months.
Consequently, writing these fetters of objection to the proposed mining of this
property has become redundant. We have written several letters and the
' latest letter, dated April 6, 1988, is attached and again explains our concerns
and objections to Sterling's application. Not only has the time been Iengthl~,
but the cost we have incurred has been exorbitant.
' Since the Larimer County Planning Commission unanimously denied
Sterling's previous application and the Planning and Zoning Board, City oC Fort
Collins unanimously denied the present application, we feel the Larimer County
' Planning Commission should deny it also as no changes have been made 6y
Sterling & Company nor have our and our neighbors concerns been alleviated.
Sterling has made no concessions because they have nothing to concede.
1
1
Sincerely,
Bill R.
