' we don't want to live across the street from a mining operation.
We did not purchase this property to live across from ~~ne. It was
an investment in a farming area that could be easily sold as a
small acreage residence in a county that is no longer allowing
parcels under 35 acres to be divided. How can Larimer County not
allow small acreage homes to exist and at the same tim~a insist on
turning our county into a continual gravel pit from I-25 north up
the river? When will this end? And at what cost? Our water gone,
our land unsellable, our incomes lost.
' These are the things we have been fighting for. For over eight
months we have been the little people fighting big business.
These are our livelihoods, our homes and a good place to live
' that are at stake.
We sincerely hope that you will deny this mining operation
request this Monday, September 26th.
' Res~pe~c~tfullP, ////(,//~,
Steve Kuhlman
`l~`_'---' ~-'--
Ge/rgeahn Venis
1
L _I
