Final grading, shaping, recoiling and revegetation will be complete this year on the two remaining benches. As approved in the mining plan only the mine benches will need recoiling. Stage X was cleaned and graded as required in the permit and Stage Z is permitted in the county for commercial uses. The table below outlines the various stages of disturbance at the mine. The mine face will continue to move towards the east and once the powerline has been moved we will begin to mine into the north wall. We will continue to store topsoil in the north pile. (4) Phase Z has been leased by a log house manufacturing company as a construction yard. This was addressed in the amendment and Clear Creek County has approved the area as a use commercial area. No other reclamation is called for at this time. Reclamation will continue in the area where final benches are being constructed on the east side of the mine.
