Activity included removal and <br />disposal of old coal in accordance with the provisions of the mining and reclamation <br />plan. <br />On September 10, 1997 Technical Revision 08 was submitted to CDMG. This <br />technical revision provided designs and reclamation plans for the permanently <br />reclaimed spoil azea and reconfiguration plans for the adjacent Cazbon Junction <br />Canyon. The technical revision was approved January 16, 1998, and reclamation of <br />the permanently reclaimed spoil area commenced with the advent of the 1998 <br />construction season. <br />On January 16, 1998 Oakridge Energy applied to renew the CDMG mining and <br />reclamation permit for the Cazbon Junction Mine (permit number C-92-080). During <br />the permit renewal, CDMG requested Oakridge Energy to revise the reclamation plan <br />to address post-mining topography should no additional mining occur at the mine.
