OF MINERALS <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 8 GEOLOGY <br />Re: 1998 Annual Reclamation Report; Carbon Junction Mine (CDMG file C-92-080) <br />Deaz Harry: <br />The following information is submitted to fulfill the requirements of Rule 2.04.13 for <br />the annual reclamation report for the Cazbon Junction Mine. <br />a). The name and permit number of the mine and the name and address of the <br />permittee are: <br />Carbon Junction Mine (CDMG permit number C-92-080) <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. <br />4613 Jacksboro Highway <br />Wichita Falls, Texas 76301 telephone (817) 322-4772 <br />b). No additional acreage was disturbed in 1998. <br />c). In 1998, approximately 17 acres of the permanently reclaimed spoil area was <br />regraded and recontoured to final topography. <br />d). Topsoil replacement commenced on the permanently reclaimed spoil azea in 1998. <br />Approximately eight (8) acres were retopsoiled prior to the end of 1998. <br />e). No acreage was planted in 1998. No augmented seeding or cultural practices were <br />undertaken in 1998. <br />iii iiiiiiiiiiiiiii~ <br />~. To date, no permanent revegetation as described in the mining and reclamation plan <br />has occurred at the Cazbon Junction Mine. <br />
