The intention of the plan is to
conduct semi-annual quality testing approximately 6 months apart to
assess seasonal variation in the measurements. Please explain the
discrepancy.
CYCC Response
In referring to the 1990 AHR data listings you will note that the
elevation and field data for the May 1990 sample is reported for
the spoil wells but not the analytical data. As discussed, the
analytical data was mistakenly entered into the database under the
wrong duplicate number and therefore was not retrieved during the
report generation. Attached please find the applicable analytical
report forms for the wells in question. CYCC apologizes for this
oversight and will attempt to prevent a recurrence in the future.
MLRD Concern
Surface Water
1) There are no water level readings for Site 304 for April, May,
July, September. Please explain this discrepancy.
CYCC Response
The readings in question were in fact taken, but were incorrectly
entered into the database resulting in their omission from the AHR
report. The values in question are as follow:
April = -2.54
May = -1.80
July = -1.50
September = dry/no flow
MLRD Concern
2. Site 800 only has 11 samples rather than the required 12. Please
explain.
CYCC Response
The field sample of 7J31/90 was inadvertently missed during the
data entry phase and as such was not reported. The pertinent data
is as follows: time - 1510
level - (-)1.18
temp - 20'C
EC - 2610
pH - 7.9
