These <br />bid items are not guaranteed, and will be used only in the event that <br />conditions change on site, and only after approved by the PROJECT MANAGER. The <br />additional bid items for this project include: <br />3, Safeguard openings 359, 397, and M -78 -082. Landowner consent has not <br />been finalized for these openings, but we expect to receive consent to <br />proceed with safeguard work before the project begins. <br />4.
