Place <br />the bottom form at the 18.00 foot level of the opening according to <br />specifications. An accessway is required. The required thickness of PUF is <br />7.0 vertical feet. The estimated volume of PUF is 15.00 cubic yards. Place <br />approximately 32.0 cubic yards of common fill over the polyurethane foam <br />closure to specifications. <br />REVEGETATION REQUIREMENTS <br />All areas disturbed during reclamation work and any other areas specified in <br />these Special Conditions will be revegetated according to the Revegetation <br />Specifications in the General Bid Specifications. Commercial <br />fertilizer /Manure /Commercial fertilizer or manure is required for this project. <br />The Ponderosa Pine Spruce /Fir seed mix will be used on all areas. <br />PROJECT OBSERVATION <br />The PROJECT MANAGER will be at the project site periodically to monitor <br />construction activities and ensure that each work item is completed and <br />constructed to design specifications. The PROJECT MANAGER will be available <br />during regular business hours (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.) on weekdays. <br />Inspections will not be scheduled on weekend days or holidays without prior <br />approval of the PROJECT MANAGER. The following items must be observed and <br />approved by the PROJECT MANAGER before proceeding with additional work: <br />1. Excavated and trimmed footers for precast panels prior to panel <br />placement <br />2. Bottom form and access placement and workmanship prior to PUF <br />application <br />3. cable net fabrication and anchor installation prior to net <br />installation. <br />4. Anchor bolt or bar installation and grate framing configuration and <br />workmanship, prior to grate installation. <br />5. Monument workmanship and installation. <br />6. All final revegetation and site clean -up work. <br />19 <br />
