Monitoring for Phase II bond release should, at a minimum, <br />incorporate the first five of the following, in order to comply with <br />Rules 3.03.1(2)(b) and 4.15.8(3). Therefore, future reports should address <br />the first five of the following seven requirements. Monitoring for Phase III <br />bond release should incorporate all seven to comply with Rules 3.03.1(2)(c) <br />and 4.15.8. <br />1. Raw data should be included with the submittal, Then the Division can <br />verify results, tables, statistics and conclusions. <br />2, Sample adequacy calculations should be performed and submitted.
