• Site Reclamation Activity <br />April 2004 - March 2005 <br />Page 4 <br />TAILINGS POND No.4 - Plate No. 3 <br />During the 2009 reporting year no additional acreage was disturbed. <br />Activity at this site consisted of; <br />1) repair work on the toe ditch out side the pond to stabilize <br />the ditch liner cover. <br />2) monitoring and maintenance of the vegetation. <br />Planned activity for 2005 includes; <br />1) monitoring and maintenance of the vegetation. <br />2) temporarily reopen a cell to accept any waste material from <br />the American Tunnel reclamation work now planned for <br />implementation by Sunnyside in 2005. The reopened cell will be <br />reclaimed after placement of the waste material, planned for <br />2005. <br />~J <br />ENGINEERING OFFICE SETTLING PONDS - Plate No. 3 <br />Activity at this site for 2004 consisted of; <br />1) monitoring and maintenance of the vegetation. <br />2) reseeding the bank areas and the area disturbed by the owner, <br />San Juan County Historical Society, during their construction <br />project which required the burial of a pipeline through this <br />area. <br />Activity planned for 2005 includes; <br />1) monitoring and maintenance of the vegetation. <br />
