COLORADO 81302 <br />September 23, 1985 <br />T0: National King Coal, Inc. <br />OFFICE 90] 2670116 <br />RESIDENCE 2Al-]360 <br />SUBJECT: Quarterly Inspection, Huntington Ditch, Third Quarter <br />1985 <br />1) The third quarterly inspection of the Huntington Ditch, E:i;1g <br />Coal Mine, La Plata County, Colorado was made September 19, 1985. <br />2) The ditch was found to be in good structural condition, but <br />heavily overgrown in some areas. <br />An inspection was made of the Huntington Ditch on September <br />19, 1985. The ditch was found to be in satisfactory structural <br />condition, but locally overgrown and in need of maintenance by <br />the ditch owners. The ditch was inspected for evidence of leak- <br />age, damage due to erosion, and other damage which might be <br />caused by the effects of underground mining. The purpose of the <br />inspection was to meet requirements established by the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division for quarterly inspection of the <br />Huntington Ditch. <br />~~ ~' <br />Fred M: Johnson, C.P.G. <br />
