<br />A worst case spill of bulk chemical hazardous materials during unloading operations
<br />could discharge the entire contents of a tanker truck. A spill of the maximum. delivery
<br />volume of sulfuric acid could result in a 3,000 gallon spill at the Old Mill Building
<br />(Figure 4).
<br />A number of chemicals aze received at the Urad site in smaller containers. A worst case
<br />discharge for these chemicals would be the contents of a single drum or tote a11d would
<br />result in 55 to 350 gallons being released.

<br />9.0 EMPLOYEE TRAIPIING
<br />New employees receive introductory environmental training during initial safety training
<br />sessions. Annual environmental training, referred to as C[TE training (Climax
<br />Molybdenum Company Integrated Training and Education), is conducted for all
<br />Henderson employees responsible for handling petroleum products, other hazardous
<br />materials, or who aze most likely to witness a release of these materials. General
<br />environmental training is also included in the annual refresher training for MSHA.
<br />Specific endvonmental training is received during on-the-job training, and during focused
<br />environmental contacts with environmental personnel scheduled during crew meetings.
<br />Records of environmental training are maintained by environmental personnel.
