Page 2
Re: .Responses 'to Water Quality Issues at the Fish Creek Tipple -
File No. C-036-81
2 - Identification of where the irrigated crop lands exist in
the basin.
Response•
Please refer to the attached map, Fish Creek Tipple Area of
Possible Subirrigation and Water Rights. The areas of
irrigated lands have been shaded to delineate their
locations. The shaded areas do not necessarily delineate
crop lands.
3 - Identification of where the subirrigated crop lands exist
in the basin.
Response•
Please refer to the attached map, Fish Creek Tipple Areas
of Possible Subirrigation and Water Rights. The areas
which may possibly exhibit Subirrigation within the basin
are delineated by a heavy solid line. The designated areas
do not necessarily distinguish areas that are subirrigated.
4 - A written plan with timetables to complete the investigation
are ensure that no material damage will occur.
Response•
TCC does not plan on completing an investigation due to the
fact that the drainages of concern are upstream of the
Fish Creek Tipple, as descirbed in the response to issue
number one above.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please
contact me.
Sincerely,
~~~~w ~
D.
