Bull Durham: The vent hole surface site needs to be reclaimed. The Bull Durham portal <br />needs to be closed. <br />Resnonse: As noted in the item of "Records" above, the portal site has been <br />determined to be included under another Permit (since revoked) and is not the <br />responsibility of the current Operator. This was confirmed in correspondence from the <br />Division to the Operator on November 8, 2002. The surface of the vent shaft site remains <br />the reclamation responsibility of the current Operator. <br />Wilson: This site has been previously reclaimed and is releasable by the Division. <br />Res once: The Operator applied for reclamation surety release on the Wilson site <br />on November 22, 2002. The Division approved the bond reduction request on December <br />20, 2002 (an error in the revised amount was noted - a revised approval from the <br />Division is pending). <br />The Operator is aware of no remaining unresolved issues under Monogram - Jo Dandy <br />Permit M-1977-293, except the need to provide an accurate and updated map of the <br />Blackburn Mine site. As noted in the accompanying Site Description Report, the correct <br />site will be surveyed this field season and a new map will be submitted to the Division. <br />The only remaining final reclamation work is the removal of the Last Chance/Bull <br />Durham vent shaft collar and reclamation of the surface site. <br />We look Forward to joining the Division on an inspection of the sites that were reclaimed <br />this past season and to determine if additional bond reductions will be appropriate. <br />3 <br />
