Dept. of P!atural Resources
The existing highwal] slopes have been mapped (geology) in detail and
examined for evidence of instability on a monthly basis since April 19t?2.
There are two existing highwall cut siones, One is located at the
•
tipple and San area, the other is the south or shop area. See Geologic Plan
for locations, The tipple highwall has an average slope of 1:2 and a '_ength
of apnroxiTSately 3~' . 15arimum height of the tipple highwall is 40' . The
south highwall has an average Slone of 1:1,25 and a length of approximately
225'. Maximum height if the south hrhwall is 40',
(1)
