The Financial War- <br />ranty for this operation is $242,205.00 and the permitted area is <br />689.01 ac. t and the pit is divided into 19 Reclamation Phases. <br />The bond was reevaluated in October 2004. The map is an excerpt <br />from the large scale maps that are part of the existing permit. <br />Reclamation is progressing as approved in the permit. <br />As required in Rule 6.7 the mine permit sign has been <br />installed at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has been <br />outlined with red toped posts to delineate the affected lands. <br />Please refer to the attached map for location of the areas <br />discussed in this report. This map does not show the entire <br />permit area, only the area south of the river affected by the <br />operation at this time. we will deal specifically with each of <br />the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the <br />Rules and Regulations. <br />(1) Mining continued in Stage 2 - PART A, Stage 2 - PART B and <br />Stage F covering 16.17 acres f. Mining was completed on <br />6.96 ac. ± of Stage 2 - PART A, 8.58 Ac. ± of Stage 2 - PART <br />B and 0.63 ac. t in Stage F as shown on the Annual Report <br />Map (\\\). The Plant Site in Stages W, Z and 2 is still in <br />use (tan). There are 2.10 acres in Stage 2 - PART B that <br />will be stripped in preparation for mined next year (brown). <br />The red lines on Stages 2 - PART B and F show the approxi- <br />mate locations of the working faces. The arrows show T=he <br />direction of mining for next year. Additional stripping <br />will be done ahead of the working face. <br />
