The Financial War- ranty for this operation is $242,205.00 and the permitted area is 689.01 ac. t and the pit is divided into 19 Reclamation Phases. The bond was reevaluated in October 2004. The map is an excerpt from the large scale maps that are part of the existing permit. Reclamation is progressing as approved in the permit. As required in Rule 6.7 the mine permit sign has been installed at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has been outlined with red toped posts to delineate the affected lands. Please refer to the attached map for location of the areas discussed in this report. This map does not show the entire permit area, only the area south of the river affected by the operation at this time. we will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations. (1) Mining continued in Stage 2 - PART A, Stage 2 - PART B and Stage F covering 16.17 acres f. Mining was completed on 6.96 ac. ± of Stage 2 - PART A, 8.58 Ac. ± of Stage 2 - PART B and 0.63 ac. t in Stage F as shown on the Annual Report Map (\\\). The Plant Site in Stages W, Z and 2 is still in use (tan). There are 2.10 acres in Stage 2 - PART B that will be stripped in preparation for mined next year (brown). The red lines on Stages 2 - PART B and F show the approxi- mate locations of the working faces. The arrows show T=he direction of mining for next year. Additional stripping will be done ahead of the working face.
