It is suggested that copies of the seed tags be <br />included with the Annual Reclamation Report. Including information indicating which approved <br />seed mix was seeded in which location can be included on the Exhibit 2001-4 drawing. Please <br />include this information in future ARR's. <br />f) Location, number of acres, and date of planting of all previously vegetated azeas: 440.56 acres, <br />locations aze shown in annual reclamation reports for 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, <br />1999, and 2000. A phase III Bond Release of 215.5 acres was requested in 2001 with a decision <br />pending at the time the ARR was submitted. <br />2) Additional info as committed to in the permit: <br />New Horizon Mine is required to conduct re-graded spoil monitoring to determine spoil suitability. <br />Spoil samples will be collected on regazded spoils on a 600-foot by 600-foot grid. Samples will be <br />analyzed for EC, pH, and Boron. If the parameters fall within the "unsuitable" range <br />Boron <5 ppm considered suitable. <br />(permit page 2.05.4(2)(d)-4) <br />Exhibit 2001.7 "Backfill Sample Location and Backfill Advancement" shows locations of 2001 re- <br />graded spoil sampling. Only one location was sampled spoil suitability analyses, NHSS-209A & B. <br />However, this sample was not analyzed in 2001 prior to topsoil replacement. WF-Colorado <br />indicates that this sample will be analyzed in 2002 along with 2002 regraded spoil samples. If <br />
