The assistance of Vcm Kelso was very hclpfiil and greatly appreciated. W'c have enclnsed a copy <br />of the inspection report for your records. <br />Violations <br />During the inspection, the following public health nuisance was observed and needs your immediate <br />attention: <br />1. The workshop toilet and sink have been disconnected from the County-permitted septic system. Raw <br />wastewater Rows directly into a pit in the ground outside the workshop. At the time of uur inspection, <br />this ditch was flooded with snowmclt. The sanitary drain must be immediately connected to the <br />existing septic system, and the contaminated soil excavated and disposed. Failure to address this issue <br />will be considered a violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 25-1-114. <br />This letter is your notification that the conditions at your workshop as listed above constitute a public <br />health nuisatce. Please address this issue within 48 hours of receiving this letter. Please send me a <br />written summary of your steps to abate this nuisance, and provide a ropy to the Saguache County <br />Sanitarian. Failure to notify this ofticc within the required time Erumc may result in forntal legal action. <br />• <br />
