A Technical Revision to the permit was <br /> approved on April 28th, 1991 changing the staging plan as orig- <br /> inally approved and the bond was increased to $15 ,400. This pit <br /> HAS NOT been granted a Temporary secession it HAS operated more <br /> than 180 days this year. <br /> We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br /> questions as outlined in Section 2 .4 .1 of the Rules and Regula- <br /> tions. <br /> 2.4.1 <br /> (1) We resumed mining in LAKE MARJORIE, where mining originally <br /> began, increasing the lake from 3 .40 ac. ± in 1990 to 4 .3 ac. <br /> ± this year. We also increased the lake size in LAKE ROBERT <br /> from 5 .10 ac. to 5 .60 ac. The areas colored light blue show <br /> where the increased area is located in relation to the lake <br /> surface shown last year, dark blue. Most of the new lake <br /> area in LAKE MARJORIE is in the area backfilled with sand <br /> left over when the courser material from LAKE ROBERT was <br /> mined in 1990 . We have 2 .30 acres east of the ditch stripped <br /> ready for mining (yellow) and the plant site remains at 8 .71 <br /> acres ± (brown) . There are two temporary sand stockpiles <br /> (orange) , one in LAKE ROBERT and one in LAKE MARJORIE. <br /> Please refer to the Annual Report Map attached. <br /> The following is the current status of the area disturbed in <br /> each lake area: <br /> �I <br />
