Mr. Karl Koehler - 2 - November 17, 1993
Mine Inflow Report
1. What is being implied by the statement "The development of Panel C may
entail more significant inflows given the proximity to the Stevens Gulch
drainage and the lower cover depths over this area"?
Annual Subsidence Report
It was the Divisions intent to discuss monitoring and locations of
subsidence survey monuments in conjunction with a forthcoming water
monitoring plan revision. However, a revision has not been submitted as
of this date. The Division continues to have concerns with regard to
subsidence monitoring planning, frequency, and data content. Proposed
monitoring appears to be in compliance with the approved permit but
potentially conflicts with the Rules and Regulations.
Sincerely,
~Q~
Kent A.
