No modification of the Mine Plan was required <br />for the BLM, EPA, or Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG). Modification of the financial <br />bonding was required for the BLM and EPA in 2001. <br />In 2001 renewal fees and forms were submitted to the CDPHE and approval was granted for <br />fugitive dust permit #86R6140-2.
