The project unit include wr~ion of approximately 1.3 miles of new access road that will intersect Broadway at the intersection of Broadway and South Broadway. The site is located on private lands owned by Ellen L. Clanda Madden Trust and :rated by the Soaring Eagle Ranch. The Soaring Eagle Ranch representative is Mr. Jim flames. 1g. REASON(S) FOR DISCHARGE Waterway and wetland crossings are necessary for haul road access to the proposed gravel pit site The haul road will cross Monument Creek ,a nearby, unnamed tlrainage and wetland crossing, and a tail water dRch and related wetland area in the vicinity of the proposed gravel pit processing area.
