DRAINAGE <br />The drainage system at the mill consists of floor launders and sumps. Many <br />• of these are captured and pumped back into the process circuit. The <br />remainder of these floor launders and sumps report to the tailing <br />impoundment via the tailing line. No provision exists that allows for <br />petroleum products to discharge into surface waters of the United States. <br />EMPLOYEE TRAINING <br />New employees receive introductory environmental training durirn.3 initial <br />safety training sessions. Annual environmental training, referred to ss CITE <br />training (Climax Molybdenum Company Integrated Training and Education!, is <br />conducted for all mill employees. General environmental training is also <br />included in the annual refresher training for MSHA, Specific environmental <br />training is received during on-the-job training, and during focused <br />environmental contacts with environmental personnel scheduled during crew <br />meetings. Records of environmental training are maintainE~d by <br />environmental personnel. <br /> <br />• <br />Page 15 <br />
