18) Sewage Ponds <br />Response <br />The pond in question is the sewage aeration pond. Pertinent <br />information will be submitted in the Reclamation Bond package <br />to be submitted at a later date. <br />19) List of Structures <br />Response <br />Pertinent information will be submitted in the Reclamation <br />Bond package to be submitted at a later date. <br />20) Facilities/Structures Sediment Control <br />Response <br />As per Exhibit 7 and associated Hydrology :Maps, sediment <br />control for the Maintenance Facility is provided by the <br />warehouse pond and associated perimeter ditchers. The Gossard <br />Loadout sediment control is provided by the Go:ssard, Loop and <br />Stoker ponds and associated perimeter ditches. <br />These structures are utilized to meet the requirements of Rule <br />4.04(1)(b) for Support Facilities. <br />21) Worst Case Reclamation Scenario <br />Response <br />Pertinent information will be submitted in the Reclamation <br />Bond package to be submitted at a later date <br />22) Section 16/Multiple Seam Mining <br />Response <br />Under the current plan the multiple seam mine will not remine <br />into the Section 16 pit. <br />23) rood Spring Well and New Proposed Water Monitoring <br />Installations <br />Response <br />At the time of the Water Resource Investigations, which page <br />2.04.7-30 references, Goad Spring I Well was above the mine <br />area and Map 32 correctly shows it as being in t:he vicinity of <br />the proposed Prospect Pond. <br />7 <br />
