-- <br />ANNUAL REPORT - Continued <br />(6) Reclamation of this affected land has been planned and implemented <br />to provide the amenities for future land use in the form of a <br />site development. The reclamation plan relates directly to the <br />mining operation, and it is being achieved coincidentall;r with <br />the mining operation. A substantial portion of the terr<<in to <br />be reshaped for suitable future building sites is being <<ccom- <br />plished by the extraction of commercial aggregates. Thi:~ reclama- <br />tion concept is proceeding according to plan. There is c.ot at <br />this time any apparent indication that the adopted mining, <br />procedures should be altered, nor is there any evidence that <br />the present efforts will not accomplish the objectives of the <br />final reclamation plan. <br />Dust control and abatement have been successful according to the <br />results of several inspections by various agencies. Asphalt <br />pavement has been completed on the primary haul roads.
