February 15, 1977 with amendment to this permit dated
April 25, 1979 including Parcels 3 and 4. Copy of

GENERAL INFORMATION
There is a change for this year in the name of the Owner and Operator from
Holloway Companies, Specification Aggregates, Inc. to Mobile Premix Concrete
Company, Inc., Specification Aggregates Quarry. Copy of letter dated
January 26, 1979 attached. There is no change in the Type and Location
of the Mine. Also there have been no changes of substance in the mining or
processing procedures except for the maintenance and improvements of the
processing equipment.
REFERENCE 2.
Submitted herewith is a Topographic Map (Scale 1 inch to 100 feet) of the
mining area, prepared by the Falcon Air Map Company, showing the topographical
characteristics of the Area on October 13, 1978. Property boundaries are
located on this map as well as the boundaries of the affected areas, which
are Parcel 1 in the processing area and Parcels 2, 3, and 4 of the mining area.
Also is one aerial photo size 8 1/2 x 11 inches (Scale 1 inch to 66~ feet).
Flown October 26, 1979 and showing all affected areas with land boundary
and all parcel boundaries. No specific reclamation was contemplate~i nor
projected for completion on this anniversary date of the permit. The
reclamation plan is directly related to the extraction of the rock in the
mining area and the extraction is ahead of the projected schedule. Con-
sequently, there is nothing indicated on the maps with reference to completed
phases of the reclamation plan. Also at this time there is nothing to
justify altering of the reclamation timetable.
Paragraph 2.4
(1) There have been changes in the location and number of acr~=_s
affected during the past year. The mining operations have been
confined to areas which had been previously affected in f~~rmer
years and now includes Parcel 3.
(2) There have been no acres reclaimed during the past year.
(3) The number of acres in various stages of reclamation is a~~prox-
imately 55 acres, all within Parcels 2 and 3.
(4) There has been no revegetation during the past years.
(5) There has been no use of fertilizers, organic material, o:r soil
conditioners during the past year.
