Special Use Permit No. 592 be placed on a one-year <br />review. <br />The extraction operation has not created a pit. It involves the <br />lowering of a small ridge and knoll through the ripping (with a <br />dozer) of the weathered granite that forms the ridge and knoll <br />(see Exhibits 2 and 3)• <br />COMMENTS <br />Condition 1 (MLRB Permit): <br />Staff learned from the MSned Land Reclamation Division <br />July 17, 1987 that the applicant obtained a 110 permit <br />(number M-86-101) from them September 12, 1986. They <br />have received no complaints about the pit's operation <br />to date. To satisfy condition 1, the applicant must <br />submit proof of the permit, preferably a coon of said <br />Condition 2 (Fugitive Dust Permit): <br />Staff learned from the Colorado Department of Health <br />July 17, 1987 that the applicant obtained "Initial <br />Approval" of her fugitive dust permit (number 86PB282F) <br />from the CDOH September 23, 1986• Final Approval of the <br />permit first requires an on-site inspection by Mr. Emmet <br />Hance (Pueblo City-County Health Department). Mr. Hance <br />hopes to make that inspection this month. In the meantime, <br />the applicant must provide the Department of Planning and <br />Develonment with a cony of the "Initial Aonroval." <br />Condition 3 <br />This condition does not require any action between the <br />applicant and this department, it only requires action <br />between the applicant and the mine operator(s), i.e., <br />insuring that their crushing/screening equipment is covered <br />by a valid emissions permit, <br />
