A ditch was constructed to drain the standing <br />water. Minimal quantities of production water remained for clean-up. After the soil is dry, a loader will be <br />used to scrap up the bicarb contaminated soil for disposal in the mud pit. <br />CAUSE AND EXTENT OF PERSONNEL INJURY. None <br />OTHER FEDERAL, STATE ANLt LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES NOTIFIED: None <br />ACTION TAKEN TO PREVENT RECURRENCE: WRN will install a positive seal or packer around the <br />power supply cable.
