This certification covers the period from June <br />17, 1986, when last certified, to October 25, 1986 when re vegetation work <br />was completed. This certification may be added to the three hole theme binder <br />containing the first quarter's certification. <br />At this point, quarterly construction certifications will be discontinued. <br />The stability monuments, piezometers and underdrains will continue to be <br />monitored as approved by the Division June 10, 1985. <br />If there are any further questions, let me know. <br />Sincerely, <br />' Larry P1.
