The storm started at about S: 00 Fy, <br />13sted about one half hour and deposited about 2.5 inches of rain. <br />The 10 year 2~k hour storm for this area is about 1.4 inches. Rubic explained that <br />the normal'procedure was to discharge the water and sample the <br />discharge. Soli Creek also committed to send you this letter new to <br />ex?lain the circumstances of the discharge.
