As we d_scussed Sy phone this morning, Sait Creels requests that the
story exemptio^ for effluent limitations be granted for the
discharge of storm water that occurred on'Tuly 13, 1992. This
discharge was the result of a storm event;that approximated the 100
year 24 hour event for this area as was detailed in my letter of
• July 20, 199?. :l copy of that letter is in~:luded.
Also included is the water sample analysis report from Grand
Junction Labs. This report indicates that the normal effluent
requirements for total suspended solids and settleable solids were
exceeded. ,s detailed in Section A.l.c of the discharge permit,
these standards can be waived for storms that are greater than the
10 year 2? hour stores.
