All vegetative and organic matter has been removed from the <br />disposal area, and the topsoil has been stripped and stock- <br />; piled for future use. <br />8. Slope protection has been provided in the form of contour <br />discing and hydro-mulching to minimize surface erosion. <br />9. No underdrainage systems were required. <br />10. The waste dump fill appears to have been constructed as <br />specified in the design as approved by the Division of <br />Mined Land Reclamation. <br />The waste dump complies with the intent of the regulations. <br />Ron S.
