IV. Conclusions:
Subsidence monument and power pole surveys disclosed no unusual developments
during the reporting period. Subsidence magnitudes and projected draw angles were
within the anticipated ranges previously documented for the azea.
Structures remained essentially unaffected during the period with the exception of the
predicted impacts to the power poles. No adverse impacts, i.e. imminent failure of
structure, were evident with regard to these lines.
Dwelling #2 was occupied in eazly April 2000. The original dwelling and foundation
were removed and backfilled. Anew sectional home on a new foundation was provided
to the north of the original dwelling. The replacement dwelling is serviced by a new
potable water well and propane heating system. The driveway entrance has been re-
stoned. Final grading around the foundation has been completed and the front yard has
been recently seeded. Seeding of the remainder of the graded areas is on hold until the
occupier of the dwelling builds a deck around the east and north sides of the dwelling.
TCC and the owner of dwelling #1 (small cabin) have mutually concluded that no repairs
to the cabin are required at this time.
2000_1StHalfSubReport.doc Page2of2 08/]7/00
