The Financial War- ranty for this operation is $167,500, and the pei7nitted area is 689.01 ac. 3 and the pit is divided into 19 Reclamation Phases. The map excerpts from the large scale maps that are part of the existing permit. Reclamation is progressing as approved in the permit. As required in Rule 6.7 the mire permit sign has been installed at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has been outlined with red toped posts to delineate the affected lands. Please refer to the attached map for location of the areas discussed in this report. This map does not show the entire permit area, only L-he area south of the river affected by the operation at this time. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regula- tions. (1) Mining Continued in Stage 2 and Stage E covering 7.79 acres t as approved in our plan. Mining was completed on 2.83 ac. 3 of Phase 2 - part A and began on 2.45 ac. in Stage 2 - part H and 2.51 ac. t in Stage E as shown on the Annual Report Map (///). The Plant Site in Stages W, Z and 2 is still in use (lice green). There are 3.75 acres in Stage 2 - part H that is stripped, ready for mining (brown). The red lines on Stages 2 - part H and E show the approximate locations of the working faces. The arrows show the direc- tion of mining next year. Additional stripping will be done if needed.
