UIV151UI: <br />Date of Inspection February 19, 1985 <br />Total Tons in Place to Date 61,819 <br />Describe removal of all organic material and topsoil: <br />Removal and stock piling of all organic material and topsoil <br />prior to refuse disposal has been completed. <br />Describe installation and condition of surface drainage system. <br />(Underdrain system not required in permit document.) <br />Diversion ditches are in place and working properly. RP-1 <br />sediment pond is functioning well. <br />Describe placement and compaction of fill materials. <br />A Proctor and sieve analysis has been completed on our refuse <br />material in preparation for density tests once our first lift is <br />in place. <br />Describe revegetation Both the topsoil and subsoil piles for this <br />area have been seeded and are stable with vegetative growth. No <br />rilling can be seen. <br />Describe steepness of slopes, seepage, and any other visible factors <br />which could indicate potential failure. <br />There are no apparent points of seepage in the pile, and there is <br />no indication of slope failure. Permanent out slopes have not• <br />yet begun to be built. <br />Describe any such tests and observations as may be necessary to <br />evaluate the potential hazard to human life and property. <br />There has been no evidence to potential hazard to human life and <br />property. Sediment pond and temporary out slopes are in good <br />condition. <br />
